As we observed earlier today, Barclays fixed income salespeople and traders aren't doing all that well. Nonetheless, a Goldman Sachs MD is thought to have gone there.

Multiple sources say that Alexander Rauner, Goldman's London head of investment grade corporate bond trading, is on the way to Barclays. Barclays and Rauner didn't respond to a request to comment. Goldman Sachs declined to comment. Rauner is still registered with Goldman on the FCA Register.
Rauner joined Goldman from Bank of America six years ago and by our reckoning is in his early 30s. Goldman Sachs made him managing director last January.
Raunder will be running European flow credit trading at Barclays and reporting into Michael Khouri, who runs all credit trading there.
These are interesting times in credit trading. More and more trading is taking place electronically. RBC recently replaced its veteran global head of spread products with a shiny systematic guy from Bank of America.
