A leading insurance organization is looking for an experienced Business PM to drive strategic digital transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects that enhance customer experience, accelerate business growth, and leverage emerging technologies such as AI and data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital and business transformation projects, ensuring successful execution from requirements gathering through to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, UX/UI designers, and external vendors to drive project outcomes.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and translate business needs into clear project deliverables.
• Drive change management activities to support user adoption and business readiness.
• Provide regular project updates and engage senior stakeholders across both business and technology functions.
• Contribute to the delivery of innovative customer and distribution initiatives, including digital platforms, customer journeys, and data-driven solutions.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management within the insurance, financial services, or related industries.
• Proven track record of delivering digital, customer-facing, or business transformation projects.
• Strong experience managing project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, release planning, testing, implementation, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage senior business and technology leaders.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
