JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day fund operations and client KYC, including onboarding support, delivery of risk disclosures, document checking, and setting up/maintaining accounts with both local and overseas custodians.
• Review and track the investment performance and NAV of appointed external fund managers.
• Follow up on cash transaction settlements and perform regular cash position reconciliations.
• Compile management information packs, such as portfolio performance analyses and key control dashboards, for senior management and head office on request.
• Carry out trust and trade reconciliations and ensure SPC records are accurate and updated.
• Foster effective working relationships with internal teams and external parties, including custodians, trustees, fund administrators, IT providers and legal advisors.
• Assist the product team by preparing and finalizing various reporting and presentation materials.
• Join user acceptance testing for new or enhanced systems before go-live.
• Contribute to the rollout of new fund launches, operational improvement initiatives and other ad hoc assignments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree or above.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the asset management industry; more experienced candidates may be considered for a more senior role.
• Sound knowledge of equity and fixed income products.
• Familiarity with QFII will be a plus.
• Advanced skills and strong hands-on experience in Excel.
• Energetic, proactive, self-driven, detail-minded, and ready to take on extra duties and challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
