My client, an insurance broker firm, is seeking a Project Manager.

He/She will lead the successful delivery of the broker’s end-to-end system in Hong Kong. You will work closely with a Business Analyst act as the key liaison between the business and the tech vendor, and ensure the project is delivered to scope, timeline, and quality—not just reporting status or pointing out issues, but actively resolving problems on the ground.

Responsibilities

1. Own project plan, milestones, deliverables, and delivery governance for the HK system.
2. Drive execution across design, build/configuration, testing, UAT support, training, and rollout.
3. Coordinate integration and alignment with any existing CRM platform and ensure data, roles, and reporting meet operational needs.

Requirements

1. Cantonese is Mandatory
2. Background in insurance / financial services and broker operational workflows.
3. Experience integrating with CRM or managing workflow-driven systems.
4. Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery practices.
