Our client is a leading global financial services firm providing investment banking, wealth management, asset management, and securities services to corporations, governments, institutions, and individuals worldwide.
Your new role
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings efficiently.
- Serve as a key point of contact, maintaining professional communication and coordination with clients, business stakeholders, and internal counterparts.
- Arrange business travel, accommodation, transportation, and related logistics.
- Process expense claims, invoices, and other administrative documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform general office administration duties and provide support for ad hoc projects, meetings, and corporate events.
- Coordinate and assist visiting team members from regional and global offices.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by proactively anticipating administrative needs and resolving issues effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in executive support, administrative operations, or a similar role.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable to changing business needs, and able to maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.
