Your new role
As a Business Support Associate, you will provide day-to-day support to the Wealth Management business by ensuring smooth operational and administrative processes.
- Support account opening reviews and periodic client due diligence activities.
- Coordinate business events, seminars, and internal meetings, including logistics and vendor management.
- Prepare and maintain management reports, business dashboards, and performance tracking reports.
- Assist with expense claims, payment processing, and administrative activities.
- Support business pipeline tracking and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely reporting.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help drive operational efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1-2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Previous internship or experience in banking, financial services, administration, or business support is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills are preferred.
- Positive attitude, team player mindset, and willingness to learn.
