The Opportunity We are partnering with a leading digital bank in Singapore to identify a Corporate Strategy Manager for their CEO's Office. This is a high-visibility seat at a pivotal time for the organisation, the successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organisation. About the Organisation Our client is built to deliver a differentiated, and customer-first banking experience. They operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and are known for their focus on innovation within the digital banking space. The Role Reporting to senior leadership within the bank, the Corporate Strategy Manager will help shape and communicate the bank's strategic agenda, acting as the bridge between long-term strategy and organisational alignment. The role works closely with stakeholders across the bank, including business units, the Board, and Investor Relations. Key Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate the bank's strategic agenda to key stakeholders across the organisation
• Lead and support key strategic and tactical initiatives as directed by senior leadership
• Drive preparation of high-quality materials for Board meetings and other senior forums
• Support investor-related activities, partnering closely with the communications function

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, planning, or business analysis within digital or retail banking, or in management consulting with relevant industry exposure
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work confidently with data and financial models
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including senior-level presentations and memorandums
• Prior experience in management consulting firm is advantageous
