This prestigious Financial institution is looking for a Project Manager who has hands-on experience in delivering Technical Project Management with experience in AI Project delivery within the Banking and Finance space to join its dynamic business here in Hong Kong.

Your new role

• Lead complex transformation and technology projects from initiation through implementation and post-production support.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and external vendors to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Drive the successful delivery of AI, automation, and digital initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, testing activities, user training, and change management efforts.
• Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies to improve business processes and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, security, and operational requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ years of Project Management experience within Banking or Financial Services.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology or digital transformation projects.
• Exposure to AI, automation, data, or emerging technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business and technology teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Strong understanding of Agile and project delivery methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are advantageous.
• Banking Operations, Risk, Compliance, Lending, Wealth Management, or Insurance domains experiences are advantageous.
• AI, Machine Learning, Automation, or Digital Transformation programmes are advantageous.
• Cloud-based platforms and enterprise technology implementations are advantageous.
