Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain dynamic performance dashboards and tracking frameworks to deliver timely reporting.
Analyze customer behavior and operational trends to uncover key factors influencing digital adoption and engagement.
Perform data preparation, exploratory data analysis, and support predictive modeling projects.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for regular sprint reviews, cross-functional stakeholders, and management updates.
Work alongside cross-functional teams to reconcile multi-source data, maintain data quality, and automate reporting pipelines for operational efficiency.

Requirements

Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Quantitative Finance, or a related field.
5-8 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence or data analytics
Strong hands-on skills in SQL and Python; proven track record in dashboard creation and multi-source data validation.
Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in driver analysis; exposure to predictive modeling or advanced statistical methods is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment working across multidisciplinary teams.
