Your job
As a Salesforce Senior Consultant, you bring deep functional and technical knowledge across one or more Salesforce clouds. You guide clients through design and implementation phases, lead workshops, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement. You are the go-to person when the team needs expertise and judgment.
You will:
- Lead functional design sessions and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Architect end-to-end solutions across one or more Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
- Produce high-quality deliverables: solution design documents, configuration specs, test plans, training materials
- Mentor junior consultants and support their growth within the team
- Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal writing
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, AppExchange solutions, and platform best practices
- Support internal knowledge-sharing through documentation and community of practice activities

Your background
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or CRM transformation
- Proven track record across multiple full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations
- Active Salesforce certifications (e.g. Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Consultant, or equivalent)
- Experience working in Agile project environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in French or Dutch and English
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites
