Your job
As a Salesforce Delivery Lead, you take a central role in orchestrating end-to-end project delivery and help clients navigate the complexity of large-scale Salesforce transformations. You are equally comfortable providing strategic guidance to C-level stakeholders and rolling up your sleeves with delivery teams to ensure quality outcomes. You will:
- Lead and manage the full delivery lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from planning through go-live and hypercare
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and driving alignment
- Oversee onshore and offshore teams, ensuring coherent collaboration and timely delivery
- Manage project financials: budgets, forecasts, risk and issue logs
- Contribute to pre-sales and business development activities, including proposals and scope definition
- Champion delivery excellence and continuous improvement within the team
- Participate in internal initiatives to grow our Salesforce community and strengthen our delivery model

- You have a strong command of Salesforce as a platform and understand how it enables business transformation
- You are naturally client-focused and excel at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- You are structured, proactive, and able to manage complexity and ambiguity with confidence
- You stay curious about the latest Salesforce innovations and industry trends, and you know how to translate them into business value
- You are a team builder who leads by example and creates a positive delivery culture
Your background
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project delivery or consulting, ideally in a technology or CRM context
- At least 2-3 years in a Delivery Lead or Project Manager role on large-scale transformation programs
- Experience across multiple full-lifecycle implementations; exposure to Salesforce is a strong plus
- Familiarity with delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, hybrid)
- Strong communication and leadership skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in French or Dutch and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites
