Your new role
Working closely with experienced Property Managers, you will provide day-to-day support across a residential portfolio, helping ensure properties, tenancies and client enquiries are managed efficiently.Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating property maintenance and liaising with contractors
- Assisting with routine inspections, entry and exit reports
- Supporting lease renewals, tenancy applications and new tenant onboarding
- Assisting with arrears follow-up and tenancy administration
- Responding to landlord and tenant enquiries in a professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records within PropertyMe
- Following up outstanding tasks and escalating issues when required
To be successful in this position, you will be organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment. You will also bring:
- Previous experience in property management, real estate administration or a busy customer service environment
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and reliable follow-through
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage changing priorities
- A current driving licence
- A Queensland real estate registration certificate, or willingness to obtain one
- Experience with PropertyMe and Inspection Express will be highly regarded
- Supportive and collaborative team environment
- Practical, hands-on training
