✅ Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements
✅ Design and configure ServiceNow solutions, workflows, forms, Flow Designer, SLAs, and notifications
✅ Collaborate with customers, developers, and Agile delivery teams
✅ Drive scalable, user-focused solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
✅ Work across enterprise and public sector environments
🔹 Must have: NV1 Clearance & Based anywhere in Australia
🔹 Strong experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and functional design
🔹 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
