Due to continued project demand, an opportunity exists for a Field Integration Support Officer to join a specialist team supporting the deployment, integration and sustainment of complex technical systems.
Your new role
As a Field Integration Support Officer, you will play a key role in the testing, integration, deployment and ongoing support of operational systems across Australia and internationally.
Working alongside engineers, technical specialists and customer stakeholders, you will assist with system installations, fault resolution, field support activities and technical documentation.
A unique aspect of this position is the opportunity to travel approximately 10-12 weeks per year throughout Australia and the United States supporting project delivery and system deployments.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will ideally possess:
- NV1 Security Clearance (minimum requirement)
- Experience supporting ICT, network, systems or engineering environments
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Experience working within technical project or operational support environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
