The Opportunity
As an Assistant Manager / Supervisor, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio while supporting the development of junior staff and working closely with senior leaders on more complex engagements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns
- Managing client relationships and day-to-day queries
- Mentoring and reviewing work completed by junior team members
- Assisting with complex tax and advisory engagements
- Management accounting and business performance reporting
- Business structuring and restructuring projects
- Exposure to mergers and acquisitions activities
- Cross-border taxation matters and international group structures
- High-net-worth individuals and family groups
- Property investment and development businesses
- Consumer products and retail organisations
- Professional services firms
- Growing SME businesses
- Large private groups and listed entities
- Client turnover ranges from $1 million through to multi-billion-dollar organisations, providing exposure rarely found outside larger firms.

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- 4-7+ years' experience within Australian Public Practice
- CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion)
- Strong Business Services & Tax experience

- A desire to continue developing technically and professionally
