Job description

Participate in tax engagements and execute tax-related work to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of services to clients.
Perform tax computations, prepare tax returns, and provide tax advisory services in compliance with applicable regulations.
Support and complete tax compliance and advisory projects in accordance with prevailing Vietnamese and international tax laws, as well as internal policies of RSM.
Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and analyze their impact on clients.
Manage assigned engagements effectively, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met; provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with client contacts.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job requirements

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Law, Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related majors
3 - 6 years of relevant experience in tax consulting
Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CTA) are completed or in progress are considered an advantage.
Good knowledge of Accounting, Tax practices and procedures
Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with clients and colleagues.
Able to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent computer-literacy skills
Good at using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication
