What you'll be doing

The Talent Acquisition team plays an important role in helping us attract, engage, and hire the talent that will shape CIBC's future. As an Early Talent Programs Senior Specialist, you'll lead the planning and execution of early talent programs that support recruitment, onboarding, development activities, and intern programming for students and early career talent.
