We're looking for individuals with experience in family office services, private client advisory, trust services, wealth management, or public accounting who enjoy serving as a trusted advisor to sophisticated clients. Manager, Family Office Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with high-net-worth clients and their families.
- Oversee bill pay, cash management, budgeting, and banking activities.
- Prepare and review personal financial statements, net worth reports, and cash flow analyses.
- Coordinate with tax, legal, insurance, investment, and estate planning advisors.
- Organize financial records and documentation for tax compliance and reporting.
- Assist with trust, estate, philanthropic, and wealth transfer planning initiatives.
- Monitor and track multiple projects and deadlines across complex family structures.
- Review household payroll, personal expenses, and family office accounting activities.
- Support real estate transactions, refinancing efforts, and other special projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve client service processes and operational efficiencies.
- Mentor junior team members and assist with client onboarding.
Manager, Family Office Services Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience within a family office, private client services, wealth management, public accounting, trust administration, or related environment.
- Strong understanding of personal financial statements, cash flow management, and family office operations.
- Experience coordinating with tax, legal, and investment professionals.
- Exceptional client service and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
- CPA, CFP, CFA, or similar designation preferred.
