As a Legal Recoveries Specialists within our Debt Services team, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers through written communication, ensuring enquiries, disputes, complaints and complex account matters are handled fairly, accurately and professionally.
Full-time contracts are available at 36.25 hours.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:15 (flexibility may be required depending on client workloads).
What You'll Do:
Written Customer Communication
- You will manage a variety of customer correspondence, including emails, letters and written enquiries.
- You will investigate customer concerns and provide clear, professional and compassionate responses.
- You will ensure all correspondence meets client, regulatory and quality standards.
Case Investigation and Resolution
- You will review account histories, customer records and supporting information to resolve enquiries efficiently and accurately.
- You will support the handling of disputes, balance queries, complaints and account investigations.
- You will work closely with operational teams to ensure customer outcomes are achieved fairly and consistently.
Customer Focus and Vulnerability
- You will identify potential signs of vulnerability and ensure customers receive appropriate support.
- You will approach each case with empathy and professionalism, recognising that every customer's circumstances are different.
- You will contribute to delivering positive customer outcomes in line with regulatory and client expectations.
Quality and Service Excellence
- You will manage workloads within agreed service levels and quality standards.
- You will continuously look for opportunities to improve customer experience and first-time resolution.
- You will contribute to maintaining high standards of written communication across the department.
What You'll Need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Resilience and adaptability.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Previous experience in customer service, complaints handling, correspondence, administration or debt recovery is beneficial but not essential.
