We're looking for a commercially driven Executive to play a key role in our expanding Corporate Finance team. Key Responsibilities

• Working with senior colleagues to lead and manage corporate finance transactions from inception to completion


• Build strong relationships with clients and advisors


• Working predominantly on sell side transactions, with private equity exposure


• Contribute to pitch meetings and support the teams ongoing growth


• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Corporate Finance


• Supporting Partners and Senior Managers on project delivery


• Manage research and analyse transactions and sector analysis


• Prepare financial valuation models and analysis


• Prepare information memorandums for marketing businesses

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent), ideally with first time passes


• Strong financial analysis and Excel skills


• Confident in presenting and articulating findings


• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required
