We are supporting a leading global change and transformation consultancy in recruiting a Managing Director - Life Sciences to join its senior leadership team in London.

This is a highly strategic, commercially focused leadership role with responsibility for one of the organisation's largest Life Sciences accounts in EMEA. You'll own senior client relationships, drive significant account growth and lead complex transformation programmes across major global Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Senior Client Executive for a major global Life Sciences account
• Own and execute account growth and business development strategy
• Develop new relationships and expand existing engagements across global Pharmaceutical clients
• Lead multi-million-pound consulting accounts with responsibility for revenue, margin and profitability
• Lead major transformation programmes across areas including R&D, HR, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
• Identify, shape and win significant new consulting engagements
• Lead and develop high-performing, cross-functional consulting teams
• Manage delivery quality, client satisfaction, commercial performance and risk
• Build market presence as a senior Life Sciences thought leader

Experience Required

• Executive, Partner or Managing Director-level experience within Management Consulting, Big Four or Professional Services
• Deep expertise across the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical sector
• Proven track record of growing multi-million-pound client accounts
• Strong commercial background with demonstrable experience winning and expanding consulting engagements
• Experience leading large-scale, complex business transformation programmes
• Established relationships with senior executives across the Life Sciences market
• Strong professional network with the ability to generate new business
• Experience managing revenue, margins, client investments and project portfolios
• Proven leadership of senior consulting and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to combine strategic leadership, business development and hands-on client delivery
