We are looking to hire a trusted advisor to clients undergoing complex business and technology transformation. Lead strategic change initiatives, provide independent governance and assurance, and ensure programmes deliver the intended business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, programme sponsors and senior business leaders.

• Translate complex business, technology and delivery challenges into clear recommendations and actionable outcomes.

• Provide independent challenge, assurance and strategic guidance throughout transformation initiatives.

• Facilitate executive workshops, steering committees and governance forums.

• Build credibility with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams through to board-level executives.

• Act as the senior day-to-day owner for assigned client accounts, accountable for relationship health, client satisfaction and account growth.

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with executive and senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.

• Create and maintain strategic account plans aligned to client priorities and growth objectives.

• Identify, qualify and shape consulting, advisory and delivery opportunities across the client organization.

• Lead and advise on complex business and technology transformation programmes.

• Provide senior oversight of programme, solution and enterprise architecture activities.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience delivering and advising on complex business and technology transformation programmes.

• Experience operating at a Senior Manager, Consulting Manager, Programme Lead level or equivalent.

• Strong client-facing consulting background.

• Demonstrable experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Experience overseeing third-party suppliers and managed service providers.

Nice to Have:

• Experience across financial services, insurance, public sector, utility, retail sectors.

• The ability to chair governance forums and steering committees.

• Experience in cloud transformation or technology modernization.

• Background in architecture or operational transformation leadership.
