KPMG is currently seeking a HRSC Representative, Learning Management Services to join our Human Resources organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Review training programs and content to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and firm compliance
  • Issue Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits by processing trainings into the firm’s learning management system (LMS) within quality and service level expectations
  • Provide customer service and technical expertise to learners related to course information, training and or CPE credit inquiries
  • Make recommendations that effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, and procedures
  • Research, resolve and monitor customer issues and inquiries to completion
  • Participate on project teams within the learning and development management group

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of related training experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage high volumes of work with conflicting priorities and deadlines
