This role combines data operations, production support, automation, and incident management, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and availability of large-scale data pipelines across Linux, Windows, and AWS environments. Responsibilities
- Monitor and support mission-critical data pipelines to ensure data accuracy, availability, and reliability.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents, communicating updates to end users and stakeholders.
- Perform data validation, data quality checks, auditing, and operational support activities.
- Develop and maintain Python- and SQL-based tools, processes, and documentation to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in production support, application support, data operations, or a similar technical support role.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Python, Linux, Windows, and AWS environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail, preferably within a financial services or data-intensive environment.
