Senior Video Producer
About the Role:
You will lead video projects from concept through final delivery. This is a hands-on, expert-level role requiring advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, cinematography, and motion graphics. Working with the Lead Creative and partners, you will translate client goals into compelling visual stories, manage production timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet the highest brand standards. You will report to the Lead Creative Multimedia Manager as an individual contributor and use a hybrid work schedule.

You Will:
- Manage end-to-end project management for complex video projects.
- Partner with teams to define creative direction, advise on feasibility, and manage feedback cycles to maintain creative integrity.
- Be the primary editor and motion graphics artist using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Direct on-location shoots (studio and field), handle advanced audio mixing, and make real-time creative decisions during production.
- Oversee asset management and storage workflows.
- Improve production processes to improve efficiency and quality across the team.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of hands-on video production experience, with an emphasis on marketing content, motion graphics, and cinematography.
- Advanced skills in Adobe products (Premiere Pro, After Effects and Adobe Photoshop).

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $73,000 - $95,000
