We are looking for a passionate Product Leader to manage the overall customer engagement domain which includes marketing platform, loyalty, pricing domains for a core set of Western Union Products. You'll create and execute strategic plans for all aspects of multiple products from conceptualization to market launch. These include relationship management with internal and external stakeholders, product lifecycles, innovation & enhancements, and the expansion of the product lines. You will also oversee any mergers, alliances, and partnerships to position these products for maximum growth and profit. You will lead the go-to-market execution and prioritize with the business the top engagement initiatives to ensure the right channel mix is applied. As you set the annual plans and you will be responsible for the delivery of results across customer loyalty, retention, and revenue growth.
For such a pivotal role we will need you to have 10 years plus product management experience from a multi-channel retailer or financial services company. You must demonstrate you have led product teams with a successful track record of delivering products on a global scale. We require you to have experience in building and delivering enterprise personalization product marketing engagement platforms and API products. You will need to be an exceptional communicator both verbally and written with the ability to articulate customer problems and solutions. We require you to have had significant experience of having focussed on usability and adoption of products by end-users and have a mindset to integrate engagement programs into the wider value proposition and customer experience.
