Regulatory Reporting Head – Investment Bank
Our client is a mid-sized, international investment bank looking for a new Head of Regulatory Reporting (Stand alone)
The role will be responsible for all areas of Regulatory reporting including Capital reporting, Liquidity Reporting, ILAA and ICAAP
Responsibilities:
- Daily regulatory capital and large exposure monitoring.
- Liquidity returns (FSA047/FSA048 etc)
- Regulatory Capital Returns (COR001 etc)
- Financial Returns (FSA001 etc)
- Ownership of ICAAP, ILAA and Recovery Plan.
- Pillar 3 Reporting
- Liaison with Regulatory Reporting Accountants in affiliates and subsidiaries
- Drive regulatory automation project and other regulatory projects/initiatives as required
- Consolidated supervision returns as/when these become applicable
- Advising business on changes in regulatory capital requirements and on impact of new business initiatives on capital requirements.
- Monitoring the upcoming changes to global Prudential returns and analysing and reporting on their potential impact.
- Preparation of ALCO papers and representation on the ALCO Working Group
