Job Purpose is currently seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to work closely with the Finance Director to implement control and efficiency within the busy finance team following a significant year of change and growth, both for the business and the team, ahead of the next planned growth phase. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in both running the finance team day to day operations and effecting change aligned with top-line strategy.

Candidate Requirements
  • A qualified Accountant - ACCA/ICAS/ICAEW/CIMA
  • Operated within a high volume/growth business
  • People Management experience & a track record in developing highly motivated teams
  • Demonstrable understanding of how to optimise finance process cycles, ensuring robust controls at every touchpoint throughout the journey
  • Advanced user of Excel
