We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our busy and successful Real Estate Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with experience in Real Estate transactions and, in particular transactions involving finance, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional client service.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing commercially focused guidance to lender clients, including funding arrangements and planning considerations


• Managing a caseload of secured lending transactions and advising borrowers and lenders on a broad range of property-backed finance matters including:


• Commercial funding (office, retail, student accommodation, hospitality), buy-to-let funding, development funding, high-profile real estate assets and portfolios


• Investment and re-structuring finance


• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships, and identifying opportunities to add value


• Managing post-completion and in-life loan matters, including consents to leases, deeds of priority and other security-related amendments to ensure lender protections remain effective.

• Contribute to the growth and reputation of the team through client care, collaboration, and business development.


• You will work closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, receiving structured supervision and mentoring to support your career development.

What We're Looking For



Experience: NQ-3 years PQE. Previous experience handling residential and/or commercial property matters is essential.



Legal Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. A commercial, solutions-led mindset is key.



Client Focus: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and responsiveness.



Motivation: A pro-active team player who is confident taking on responsibility and demonstrating initiative with the drive to contribute to team success.
