Our dynamic and fast-paced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team operates in a high-impact environment. It plays a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Group in making commercial decisions for our growing and complex business.

You will form part of a team that has been designed to measure economic and business trends, review past performance and attempt to anticipate obstacles and potential challenges and opportunities. All with an eye toward forecasting the firm's future financial results. And making this insight available to the firm's Executive Leadership Team.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of master files that underpin the Product reports, and timely running of core data on monthly basis.
  • Produce month-end financial performance information, including variance analysis, for the business to monitor performance.
  • Supporting Product Owners & Enablement Leads.
  • Collaborate with the core business line Financial Controllers & Finance Business Partners to ensure accurate MI and revenue compliance.
  • Work closely with Risk and Data teams to ensure Deloitte comply with client and internal data policies and maintain an accurate data base.
  • Look to introduce process efficiencies and support the evolution of the existing reporting suite.
  • Manage relationships with the extended reporting team in Global Finance Services to ensure reports are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
  • This role may also support on wider FP&A projects.

The role would suit a recent graduate who would like to develop their career in a professional services firm and support is available to those interested in a professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA)

Essentials:
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence.
  • An ability to work effectively within the team as well as being able to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to develop trust and build effective relationships with all levels across the business.

Desirables:
  • Knowledge of SAP, Power BI and Tableau would be advantageous.
  • Strong technical, problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience of requirement gathering, data analysis, and creating reports.
  • Experience of working in a professional services organisation is preferred but not essential.
