We Offer
  • Superb opportunity to provide professional 2nd Level Operations Support (BAU) for Global Financial Messaging Services (GMFS) and associated upstream / downstream applications. These include SWIFT Messaging and SDP (Kafka streaming) applications in a mission critical environment
  • Get engaged within a small and highly motivated team, providing overnight and weekend on-call duty support
  • Partner closely with 3rd Level Support / Development teams, vendors and associated Unix, Windows, Database and others as appropriate
  • Investigation and resolution of incoming issues (incidents, service requests according to ITIL-based Incident Management process)
  • Active ownership of open incidents: ensure resolution or workaround and blocking issue to Problem Management and participation in Post Mortem Meetings as needed
  • Engagement in knowledge transfer or support hand-over process from 1st/3rd Level or vendors to ensure collection of support requirements at an early stage and avoid loss of know-how
  • Onboard new Applications Kafka Streaming and Big Data platform landscape

You Offer
  • Minimum two years Application support experience
  • Flexibility to work in an environment that demands fast learners, excellent problem solving abilities and proven analytical skills
  • Linux/Unix troubleshooting skills knowledge (checking logs, processes, perform system health checks)
  • Hands-on experiences around Database knowledge such as Oracle/Mongo DB
  • Familiar with IBM MQ infrastructure
