Project Manager/Warehouse Operations expert vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Manufacturing sector.
Your tasks:
- Lead the logistics workstream for the consolidation, migration and operational readiness of warehouse and material-flow processes across the campus.
- Define the future-state processes for inbound, storage, replenishment, line feeding, internal transport, packaging, outbound and reverse flows.
- Coordinate warehouse layout, capacity, equipment, automation and technology requirements with key business, technical and site stakeholders.
- Align physical logistics flows with SAP processes, enterprise structure, master data and migration requirements.
- Manage cutover, business continuity, inventory transition, contingency planning and go-live stabilisation.
- Track scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, decisions and governance reporting throughout the programme.
Your experience/knowledge:
- Proven experience leading complex warehouse, intralogistics, material-flow or site-consolidation projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse design, material-flow engineering, operational readiness and business continuity planning.
- Working knowledge of SAP logistics processes, enterprise structures, master data and migration impacts.
- Experience in project governance, supplier coordination, stakeholder management, financial control and risk management.
- Language skills: German
