About the job:

Functions (duties and responsibilities):

• The role will be primarily focused on Corporate Compliance, Financial Markets, Data Protection and Cross-Border activities.
• Perform periodic controls on Financial Markets, Data Protection and Corporate Compliance.
• Periodic Reporting to Compliance Holding.
• Preparation of presentations for Compliance Committee and Board of Directors.
• Assistance to Operational Risk on Compliance testing.
• Establishing policies, guidelines & procedures; yearly revision.
• Compliance with Data protection regulation & procedures.
• Controls monitoring related to Cross Border Activity: controls on Business trips, client transactions and events.
• Cross Border Committee; reporting the results of the implemented controls.
• Due diligence Third parties.

Your profile:

• Degree in Business Administration/Economics or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in private banking.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical and research skills and ability to review and interpret large amounts of data.
• Feels comfortable working with data, analytics and artificial intelligence tools to solve problems and improve efficiency.
• Ability to synthesize key issues and themes.
• Outstanding analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated, flexible and team work.
• Proficient knowledge of the MS Office package (especially excel and power point).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proactive attitude and desire to contribute to the bank.
• Very organized, structured and accurate way of working.
• Committed, responsible and resilient personality.
• Control related functions
• Learns quickly and enjoys understanding complex topics in a short period of time.
• Is curious, proactive and motivated by continuous learning.
• Thorough knowledge of Swiss regulations (FINMA Market Conduct Rules, Data Protection Regulation, FINMA Operational Risk Circular) is desired.
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information.
