- Sound knowledge of IFRS9 implementation and/or testing.
- Must be proficient in all stages of IFRS9 disclosure reports genaretion such as Stage Determination, EIR computation, Collateral/Mitigant handling,LGD,PD,ECL etc.
- Quality analyst with proven experience in Banking and/or Financial services Testing
- Experience in the area of Banking Regulatory reports like IFRS9 Disclosures, Basel,Credit Risk,Market Riusk etc is highly preferred
- Possesses ability to understand the requirements through BRD,Functional Specifications, Mapping Specs etc.
- Should be able to design test cases based on the understanding gatehered from the function specifications, BRDs etc.
- Ability to execute the test cases and record the defects using defect management tool - preferably JIRA
- Strong knowledge of SQL scripting in Oracle database.
- Proven track record as a Tester across full project lifecycle, whilst retaining hands-on testing skills
- Min 10-12 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to engage with the customer representatives such as Business Analysts, application owners and development teams well and manage the stakeholders
- Proven experience to lead a team of testers at Singapore as well as offshore location
- When working from remote must be able to work effectively and efficiently still be able to create an impressive impact with the stakeholders
- Willing to learn, ability to grasp and good attitude to work in a team environment is a must.
