SFMC - Funtional Lead

Job Summary:

SFMC Functional Lead

Interact with local & global stakeholders for creation of roadmap for platform deployment and coordinate with the global solution team of EMEA & APAC regions to prioritize platform capabilities providing quick wins for MSD
Work with local business users/marketers to understand the desired campaign journey's to be deployed & finalize details of the brief in terms of audiences, templates, cadence, automations, etc. making sure they align with the global model
Work with delivery team to configure platform for local requirements (data extensions, integrations, etc.), build & test journeys against the provided briefs by utilizing dummy data/templates, mailing test audiences for content rendering, personalization's, etc.
Setup and schedule exports for standard reports and build any specific custom reports based on the local needs of MSD marketers to assist in organizational reporting and track the performance of campaigns executed based on deliverability, clicks, bounces, etc.

Provide training on the SFMC platform to MSD marketers/business users enabling them to utilize the features activated, provide support to the users in case there are issues in creating/executing campaigns & provide marketing insights to help MSD improve reach and conversions
