Your new role

Part of the Client Experience organization within the Operations division. Responsible for managing onboarding mandates and ensure request are managed and completed by expected launch date.

• Work with Sales to prioritise onboarding requests
• Drive the documentation and account opening processes for clients from inititiation to completion
• Serve as point person for clients in onboarding process
• Act as initial escalation points for clients and internal groups for issues/ bottlenecks in the onboarding process
  
  6 months contract role.

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  Degree in relavant subject matter
  
• 
  Have experience in pre-trade/ onboarding functions
  
• 
  Risk management - possess a strong risk mindset
  
• 
  2 years relevant experience in KYC, Client facing role.
