The Talent
- Degree in Banking/Accounting
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Financial performance management/Financial Accounting/Management Accounting role
- Strong Analytic skills
- Strong communication skills and influencing skills
- Good ability to challenge and raise potential issues
- Good ability to work independently and find solutions
- Strong financial accounting knowledge
- Good understanding of the Financial Reporting process of the Banking Industries
- Strong relationship with the key stakeholders within Finance and Business is a key advantage
The Job:
- Reporting Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) Management Information, controlling and analysing the results to support our local business
- Work closely with the business heads and Finance team in headquarter country to prepare forecasts and budgets for Head Office
- Support and enhance risk awareness in the finance department by aligning and challenging processes and controls.
- Liaise with other stakeholders to improve risk ownership across different functions and businesses
- Share expertise and foster understanding of the APAC operating methods. Aligning the processes between the countries we are present in APAC
- Develop professional network and strengthening relationship with local MI and business
- Partner with accounting and business units to resolve accounting issues and assists in research and resolution of accounting matters
- Report timely daily and monthly Corporate and Institutional Banking results to the business heads and senior management
- Analyse and explain CIB business results
- Responsible for preparing the ALCO dashboards
- Monitor and control data quality to ensure reliable Management Information
