The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading global investment firm to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-performing investment team in Singapore.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA from a financial services, investment management or professional services environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international setting and is confident supporting senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, conference calls and events.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and manage expense reports and incoming invoices.
- Manage correspondence, phone calls and general administrative matters.
- Maintain contact databases and internal records.
- Conduct research using online and subscription-based platforms.
- Review, track and maintain documents, following up with stakeholders as required.
- Provide broader administrative support to the team and assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments and international offices.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant, ideally within financial services, investment management or professional services.
- Excellent organisational, communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to different stakeholders and working styles.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented and able to anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English is essential; additional language skills would be advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Professional, discreet and highly trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information with tact.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with a willingness to support colleagues across different teams and locations.
