Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in business performance reporting, strategic planning, board administration, and cross-functional coordination to support the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of regional business plans and performance management initiatives.
- Prepare management reports, business insights, and KPI dashboards for senior management.
- Coordinate the development, tracking, and reporting of business KPIs across regional business units.
- Organise board and management meetings, prepare meeting materials, and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.
- Maintain corporate governance records, authority registers, and corporate schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and business planning projects.
- Support regional meetings, conferences, and other planning-related projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in business planning, management reporting, corporate planning, strategy, or performance management.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and present business data.
- Strong analytical, organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
