Our client, a regional bank, is looking for a Business Development RM / Assistant RM to drive new corporate client acquisition and grow loan and deposit relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new corporate banking leads and opportunities.
2. Build and manage a pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
3. Engage prospects to understand their financing and banking requirements.
4. Originate opportunities across loans, CASA, deposits and other product solutions.
5. Support client onboarding and conversion of prospects into active, funded relationships.
6. Cross-sell Cash Management, Trade, FX and other banking solutions.
7. Work closely with internal teams to facilitate account opening, onboarding and transactions.
8. Track sales pipeline, activities and conversion progress.

Requirements

1. 3–5 years of relevant Corporate Banking / Business Development / Relationship Management experience.
2. Strong experience in loan and deposit/CASA acquisition & cross sell
3. Proven ability to develop new corporate relationships and generate business.
4. Commercially driven, proactive and target-oriented.
5. Strong communication, networking and stakeholder management skills.
