Description
- Manage and develop institutional sales opportunities across SEA markets
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and investment consultants
- Proactively develop new business through outreach and lead follow-ups
- Deliver tailored investment presentations to prospective clients
- Partner with internal teams to execute sales strategies effectively
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and client records in CRM systems
- Support end-to-end onboarding of new clients
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in institutional sales, asset management, or wealth solutions
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
- Strong understanding of investment products and financial concepts
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region
