About the Role

As a Finance professional, you will play a key role in supporting accounting and reporting activities across multiple countries. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with international teams, contribute to financial processes, and gain exposure to a dynamic, multinational environment.

What You Will Do:

• Manage a portfolio of countries within one of our contracts

• Complete corporate month-end activities for your portfolio

• Support controllers during the month-end cycle by providing necessary data for accruals and other accounting entries

• Prepare forecasts with explanations for material variances

• Prepare accruals in Excel and maintain allocation files

• Handle monthly billing and revenue recognition

• Support the EMEA Finance Team with the preparation of the annual budget

• Perform reconciliation and cost tracking for facility management and real estate projects, including financial closeout and billing

• Maintain and control the invoice database

• Develop an understanding of contracts and their financial implications in each country

• Prepare accounts receivable reports, focusing on reducing outstanding and overdue balances.

What You Will Need:

• 2+ years of experience in Finance or related functions

• Strong command of English (both written and verbal)

• Knowledge of ERP systems (iScala or PeopleSoft preferred)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred

• Solid understanding of Finance principles

• Basic knowledge of Real Estate or Project Management is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data

• Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills

• Strong prioritization and time management skills with a results-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently.
