As a XaaS Product Owner at GCash, you will drive the development and launch of innovative "Anything-as-a-Service" (XaaS) products, transforming the way businesses and consumers leverage digital services. You will lead cross-functional teams in ideating, building, and scaling XaaS solutions that align with GCash's strategic objectives. Your role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders, defining product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact products. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for XaaS offerings.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring products from concept to launch.
• Prioritize product features and backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product improvements.
