- 2-4 years of relevant IB/PE experience (generalists ok)
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of end-to-end investment opportunities, i.e financial analysis, modelling, deal negotiations, deal structuring and pricing, due diligence processes, and legal closings for investments
- Support in sourcing, evaluating investment opportunities, prepare investment memoranda and screening materials for IC
- Track portfolio performance, supporting the ongoing management of portfolio companies
- Support fundraising by preparing presentations, updating investors on portfolio progress, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Develop relationships with founders, family businesses, corporates, banks and advisors to generate strong deal flow
- Conduct industry and market research to formulate investment strategies, assess sector attractiveness and competitive dynamics
Profile of Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least 2-6 years of relevant experience with a proven track record Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A
- Passionate in investing and the financial markets, good commercial acumen
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
