IT Specialist-Phone Banking

Roles and Responsibilities :
•To provide system support Internet Banking systems.
•Perform Level 2 and 3 of production support
•To perform problem investigation - problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition and implementation.
•To work closely with users to understand their needs & issues.
•To manage system risks and conjure improvements to mitigate and manage risks
•Liaise with vendor on the Scope of Work, enhancements progress and fix implementations

Qualifications
Requirements :
•Diploma or Degree in Computer or related fields
•24 x 7 on call rotation support.
•Preferably minimum 3 years of working experience in similar capacity.
•Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proactive and team player.
•Able to work with cross border colleagues.
•Strong knowledge in SQL, ASP, .Net, Java Script, XML, and HTML
•Knowledge in Internet Banking & Mobile Banking will be an added advantage.
•Knowledge in Banking IT environment and willingness to work at Cyberjaya is a plus.
