Fund billing officer

Your Day-to-Day:

Set up and implement new investment funds within the billing system, ensuring that all configurations are aligned with the applicable fee schedules.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency and reliability of all information processed and communicated.
Carry out daily activities with a high level of precision, rigor and attention to detail, in compliance with established procedures.
Monitor and ensure the timely and accurate execution of all operational events.
Identify discrepancies, process inefficiencies and potential issues, and contribute to the implementation of appropriate solutions.

Your Profile:

Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of French or any additional language is considered an asset.
Basic understanding of investment funds, ideally with exposure to Private Capital activities.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review processes and handle information accurately.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Strong organizational skills, including effective planning, time management and prioritization.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with different internal teams.
Sound critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
