Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder collaboration for operations strategy alignment and implementation
- Service model designing and implementing across business functions
- Driving and guiding team and organisational culture
- Managing, controlling and implementing the budget and financial control for the business area
- Market development strategies
Key Selection Criteria
- Commerce, business management or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- At least 10 years of management experience
- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience within financial services
- At least 3 years IT and client services experience
