Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by executing targeted client acquisition and telemarketing campaigns.
• Guide prospective investors through the account opening process, initial funding, and trading platform onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to introduce additional investment products and services.
• Record and manage all client interactions accurately using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Monitor client trading activity and proactively engage investors to improve retention and long-term portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to support investor education events, seminars, and business development initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct sales, financial services sales, or client relationship management.
• Understanding of Foreign Exchange (FX) and Contracts for Difference (CFDs) or other investment products.
• Active Japan Securities Dealers Association (JSDA) qualification.
• Experience working in a client-facing, target-driven environment.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong sales mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
• English: Basic to Business communication level.
