Job Title: Junior Print Engineer

Contract/ Permanent: Permanent

Location: Dublin

Overview:

Ergo - a Presidio company, are currently seeking to recruit a Junior Print Engineer on a Permanent basis working from Monday to Friday from (9am - 5:30pm) maintaining customer printers. This role would ideally suit someone with previous experience supporting printers.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain printers, copiers, and related hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues affecting printers.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal printer performance.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on printer functions and troubleshooting.
• Manage printer inventory, including ordering supplies and replacement parts.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols during repair and maintenance operations.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Reliable and hard working
• No qualifications needed (On the job training)
• Good communication skills
• A full, clean driving licence and access to a car are required, as regular travel between sites/locations is an essential part of the role
