The Business Process Solutions Analytics team within the Technology and Enterprise Solutions organization is actively searching for a highly motivated Advanced Analytics Lead Analyst to join the team. This position provides senior- level analytical support and insights to Enterprise Business Process Solutions, by providing expertise in research, analytics, proposals, and will contribute to knowledge management and development.

The candidate will leverage both internal and external resources, including years of hands-on analytical experience, ideally from the BPO or IT sector, and will be directly responsible for working independently and leading engagements with our Category Strategists and Business Stakeholders, as well as collecting, validating, analyzing, and generating reports on data from our Strategic Business Partners. This role also serves as a SME and analytical resource for the other Research Analysts on the team, reviewing their work and helping develop their skills.

You will play a vital role in framing and answering operational and strategic questions for senior management and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical abilities and sound business judgement and will work collaboratively and independently to manage projects of varying complexity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform analysis and provide recommendations that influence Enterprise Business Process Solutions strategies and goals
• Present complex analysis in a clear and compelling manner to effectively influence stakeholders (Providing synthesis and packaging of results (e.g. data analysis, creating charts and visuals based on data, client ready PowerPoint presentations)
• Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to collect information on IT/BPO industry trends, strategies, competitors and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
• Lead project workstreams and manage projects of varying complexity
• Synthesize and validate large and complex datasets from diverse sources to deliver analytically sound insights that answer simple or complex questions
• Design and produce dashboards and reporting frameworks that support the assessment and monitoring of operational and spend metrics with minimal guidance
• Continually assess the business value and efficiency of tools, processes, and data sources, making suggestions for improvements and collaborating with others for implementation
• Design and Analyze Stakeholder Surveys - Understand business objectives and design questionnaires/surveys to discover prospective preferences of Business Stakeholders. Analyze the outcome of the surveys and present the findings in easy-to-understand way
• Assist in maintaining and improving the current reporting infrastructure
• Maintain close working relationships with data providers and aligned business partners
• Foster the development of teammates by sharing expertise and experience through training or peer reviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in Analytics/Advisory/Consulting, expertise to IT or BPO services would be valued
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint
• Experience of drawing up IT/BPO related analysis and insights (e.g. analyzing rates, benchmarks, FTEs etc.) preferred
• Knowledgeable in data query languages and tools (e.g. SQL, Snowflake, Python, Databricks) preferred
• Displays strong research, problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking, influencing, relationship management, and presentation skills
• Strong business operations knowledge to include understanding the function's value chain and market conditions
• Solid project management skills as part of implementing business process changes
• Knowledge of data sources, tools, statistical principles, methodologies, and techniques
• Knowledge of available data sources, strengths and shortcomings
• Familiarity with, or strong interest in, applying AI/GenAI tools and intelligent automation to analytical work
